Abstract

Changes in the chemical composition of the ash due to admixture of the accompanying rocks in the mining of the coals of the Kansk-Achinsk deposit lead to changes in the fusibility of the ash and its viscosity in the molten state. The desirability of limiting the mining contamination with rock to a figure of 2. 5% on the saleable weight of the coal in the dry state is shown.
