Influence of plasmon effect silver nanoparticles on photovoltaic and electrophysical properties of organic solar cells

Abstract

Are investigated photovoltaic and electrotransport properties of film polymeric compositions on the basis of P3HT:PCBM and silver nanoparticles. It is shown that significant increase in efficiency of a cell is observed at sedimentation of silver nanoparticles on ITO surface. Sedimentation of silver nanoparticles on a surface of a layer of PEDOT:PSS and a doped in the volume of P3HT:PCBM leads them to reduction of transformation of solar energy to electric.
