Abstract
The results of investigations of hydrometallurgical opening of the rest copper-gold sulfide concentrates with sulfuric acid are presented. It is shown that processing of flotation concentrates by concentrated (90%) sulfuric acid (with solid-liquid relationship as much as 1:4-1:5) during 5-6 hours at 225 °C provides 96-97% copper extraction in the soluble state. It allows to extract gold from the processed concentrate using conventional solvents.
