Abstract
The peculiarities of holographic images of microparticles are discussed. Several methods for evaluation of the particle optical features are proposed in addition to its geometrical parameters. A technique in calculating light intensity in hologram plane and in reconstructed image of the microparticle is presented. The method is applicable to calculations for the case of transparent and semitransparent particles of an arbitrary shape. Experimental evaluation of absorption features of particle is also discussed.
