    Abstract

    This paper focuses on the ceramic-metal sealed-off switches that have been developed by scientific-Production Corporation 'Plasma' in co-operation with the High Current Electronics Institute. Initially, these switches used the trigger units based on the hot cathode and on flashover. The results of further development of the switches are presented.
