Experimental data on heat transfer during film condensation of motionless steam on horizontal tube packets of different diameters, situated at substantially different spaces between them, are presented. Experiments show that heat transfer virtually does not depend on the velocity of the free fall of the condensate and is intensified considerably on small diameter tube packets.
