Full-scale simulation system minimization problems

Abstract

The physical simulation of electronic devices assumes research of devices with preservation of the physical nature. Most universal are the full models of elements describing all thin physical interactions and containing all indispensable information for the developer and designer. But even when the physical principles of elements operation are well-known, for identification of an internal structure it is necessary to use a lot of parameters, and the definition of these parameters often is connected to large experimental costs. On the one hand, it results in the most sure results, and on the other hand, an increase of time and cost of research. Therefore, there is a problem on minimization of suspected conditions, ways and methods of construction of an analog system that first of all is reflected in quality of results of simulation. Using a reasonable approach at a solution of the question of minimization, it is possible to achieve appreciable results in looking up of an optimum ratio between quality of simulation and quantity of used parameters required providing the corresponding qualitative characteristics.
