Abstract
A new coherent effect in the formation of the e+e- pair by the relativistic heavy nucleus with the electron K-shell capture at the passing of the nucleus through the crystal target parallel to the crystal axis. The effect consists in the appearance of sharp coherent peaks in energy or angular spectra of originated positrons at the nuclei energies of 150-300 GeV/nucleon.
