Abstract
Pulsed magnetic treatment of bimetals produced by automatic surfacing results in the formation of a surface layer with distinctive physicomechanical and electrochemical properties and changes the structure of the metals. This improves the resistance of the materials to fatigue and corrosion in aggressive media.
