Abstract
Experimental results are presented on dynamic thermal tomography of solids with use of an automated system consisting of an Inframetrix-600 thermal imager, a MacIntosh computer, a pulsed heater with a power of 25.6 kW, and a buffer memory with a capacity of 60 Mbytes. The capability of separation of a plastic specimen into eight layers up to a depth on the order of 8 mm is shown.
