Abstract
The progress in development of an experimental setup for investigating the ultra-soft X-rays and vacuum ultraviolet radiation generated at incidence of relativistic electrons on the surface of multilayer X-ray mirror is described. The results of the first test experiments carried out for observing the contribution of parametric radiation in generated X-rays are presented.
