Experimental research of triode with virtual cathode radiation field

Abstract

The measurements of the power flux density and radiation frequency on the imaginary hemisphere in radiation far-zone were discussed. Rapid frequency change in the beginning of the generation was connected with the strong electron oscillation frequency change on the fast current growth area in the cathode-anode gap. Current growth velocity reduction and current slow change at slight applied voltage change lead to the electron and virtual cathode oscillation frequency stabilization. The measurements show that triode radiation field in space has the complication structure and different frequency composition.
