Abstract

Influence of external magnetic field and non-one-dimensional electron movement on the electron flow instability in the system with virtual cathode is studied using the kinetic equation method. The realization constraints for cyclotron wave parametric resonance with virtual cathode harmonic oscillations are established. The expressions are obtained for the increments and radiation effectiveness. The theoretical results are compared with experimental ones.
