Abstract
The results are presented for the investigations into parameters of electromagnetic signal during acoustic action on laminated rocks represented by serpentinite. It is established that in the spectrum of electromagnetic signal, the maxima can appear due to the beating on superposition of close wave frequencies. The analysis of the obtained data indicates the resonance oscillation mechanism of electromagnetic signal origination.
