Estimation of radiation doses in X-ray visualization of biological objects

Abstract

Two setups intended for X-ray visualization of interior structure of objects were designed and assembled in TPU. These radiographic systems are based on a linear gas-discharge detector and GaAs semiconductor detector. For investigation of living object control of radiation doses obtained by this object is a high priority. In this report calculations of radiation doses obtained during X-ray visualization and tomography are presented.
