Electropulse modification of dislocation substructure of austenite manganese steel

Abstract

The changes of substructure of manganese steel after fatigue tests and action of pulsed electric current (electrostimulation) have been studied by the TEM methods. It is shown that effect of electric current on the material mainly depends on type of dislocation substructure formed in the process of cyclic loading. Specimens from the manganese steel 45G17Yu3 were used for the investigations.
