Abstract

Quantitative analysis of dependences between crystallites size and characteristics (continuity and rings thicknesses) of diffractional images of crystallites have been carried out. Hyperdispersed powders of zirconium dioxide synthesized by plasmachemical methods have been analyzed. Dependences between diffractional images of structures and grains sizes of zircinium dioxide powder have been found.
