    Abstract

    Marx generators in a module version for feeding high-current diodes are described. The generators are placed in vacuum-tight sectioned cases. The designs and characteristics of electron beam generators with a current up to 700 kA at a maximum electron energy up to 600 kev are given. The generators are used for the excitation of excimer lasers with volumes up to 600 L.
