Electroconductivity of poly(methylmethacrylate) modified with metal ions

Abstract

The electric conductivity of poly(methylmethacrylate) (PMMA) modified with various metal ions is studied. Additives of s and p elements increase the conductivity of organic glass to as high as 10-6-10-8 S/m without the loss of transparency of the polymer matrix.
