Electrochemical Behavior of Nanostructured and Coarse-Grained Titanium

Abstract

It is found that in aqueous 1 % HCl solution, the electrochemical behavior of nanostractured titanium obtained by intense plastic deformation (equal-channel angular extrusion) insignificantly differ in the initial state and after the recrystallization annealing; subsequent slight deformations weakly affect the electrochemical parameters.
