Abstract

Effect of the aging time in electric field on partial discharges intensity in pressed powder dielectrics produced from oxide particles of hard alloys has been investigated. Correlation between the discharges intensity, electrical strength, composition of polyoxide material and resistance to wear of initial hard alloy cutting instruments was established.
