Abstract

Effect of electron irradiation (E=2 MeV, Φ=0.1-3.0 MGy) on physicochemical processes in polycrystalline high-temperature superconductive YBa2Cu3O6+x compound has been investigated. It is shown that relative contribution of different radiation-induced processes in the compound properties change is dependent on irradiation dose.
