Dynamic characteristics of two-component micromechanical LL - Type gyroscope

Abstract

In the work the constructive scheme of micromechanical gyroscope having two measuring axes is considered. The conditions of getting maximum sensitivity of gyroscope are defined. A way of expansion of its bandwidth is suggested. Evaluation of the error influence of mounting a sensor on the vibrodrive installed is conducted.
