Discontinuation of "gas pause" in the Russian energy sector

Abstract

In the article it was stated the necessity of changing the energy balance by reducing the share of the natural gas. The article shows that in the nearest future the solution of the problems affirmed in the paper might restore the significant role of coal in the sphere of fuel cycle power production.
