Abstract
The production of materials for fabrication of electron emitters with the given properties by the method of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis is considered. The process conditions in a studied reagents scheme including components interacting one with other by two schemes are analyzed on the basis of thermodynamic calculation of the adiabatic combustion temperature. Some combustion laws of given systems are experimentally studied. The experimental and calculated data are in good agreement.
