Abstract

The digital x-ray apparatus based on the gas-discharge linear detector is described in the paper. X-ray images of laboratory rats as an example of radiographic performance of the apparatus are presented. Application prospects of gas-discharge detectors as a solution of the up-to-date radiographic problems are discussed.
