Abstract
The article describes computational methods for determination of cetane index of diesel fuels; the most accurate method is established. On the basis of the experimental data, equations for calculation of the low-temperature properties of diesel fuels were developed. These equations allow to calculate pour point and cold filter plugging point of diesel fuels with an error not exceeding 1 °C.
