Devices are described that make it possible to obtain small delay times. A formula is obtained for the instability of the switching voltage. It is shown that the main contribution to instability is made by the switching voltage of the threshold element (a dynistor). By replacing the dynistor by a corresponding thyristor and stabilitron, it is possible to considerably reduce the temperature instability of the device.
