Abstract
The effect of the paraffin content and the mode of its adding (after grinding and upon common grinding) into a molding compound prepared from technical alumina and 20% nitric acid was studied. It is established that the mechanochemical activation in the presence of paraffin allows one to control structural-mechanical and rheological properties of the material more efficiently. The sources of changing properties of the molding compounds are discussed.
