Abstract
The paper deals with two scale approach to design of filled polymeric composites being based on computational mechanics and physical mesomechanics concepts. 1. Computer aided design-direct and inverse problems of deformation-strength design. Within this part of actuality are two following problems of deformation-strength properties of materials under design: i) Determination of effective material characteristics by values of control parameters-properties of phases to compose them, internal geometry of the material, pattern of interphase interaction (direct problems); ii) Finding out values of the control parameters to provide formation of materials with specified deformation-strength properties. Problems of two-scale analysis of filled polymeric composite coatings for tribotechnical application. First level is responsible for analysis of a representative mesovolume, where presence of different phases is considered in explicit form. At the second level the material is considered as a homogeneous medium. The obtained results are compared with experimental data with discussion of further prospects as well as for solving practical problems.
