Complex system of developing information and communication competence

Abstract

The article considers the analysis of difficulties in development of informative communicative competence (ICC) that are developed at all educational levels and stages of Russia. It describes a complex system of developing students' informative communicative competence (SICC) in applied informatics. The system is based on employing innovative teaching methods, involving schoolchildren, university students and extended education students into research and professional activity. The article also considers transformation of integrated innovatively oriented education path of an IT-specialist in Applied Information Science into multistep path of developing students' informative communicative competence in this sphere. Moreover, it sets the problem of information support in the process of developing ICC.
