Compatible filtration of images in systems for digital X-ray analysis with consideration divergence of beam of ray

Abstract

The aim of the paper is to consider the problem of matched filtration of images in the systems of digital X ray radiography. Calculated relation for the transfer function of a matched filter and the maximum value of the signal to noise ratio when detecting in a tested object the expanded inhomogeneities are presented. The radiation beam divergence and the finite dimensions of the X-ray source focal spot are taken into account.
