Coherent e+e- pair photoproduction in crystal in channeled states

Abstract

Coherent eV pair production by photons in aligned crystal under axial orientation has been studied. It has been shown that interaction of created electron and positron with continuous potential of a crystal axis result in change of shape and position of coherent peak.
