Abstract
By means of the multistring model for calculation trajectories of channelled nuclei are estimated the probabilities of the coherent Coulomb excitation (CCE) of the 8.4 keV level (M1 transition of a 169Tm nucleus, moving along the 〈100〉 direction in a germanium crystal. It is supposed that the CCE probability along the nucleus trajectory is determined by summation of excitation probabilities for separate chains (axes) of atoms. The calculations carried out allows to determine the optimal conditions for an experiment on CCE of nuclei. Under execution of the conditions the nuclear resonance of CCE at the GSI energies may be observed with substantial reliability.
