Abstract

The purpose of the research was to study characteristics of regional hemodynamics of lower extremities in athletes engaged in sports karate. Conclusion. The received data promote the conclusion that in athletes going in for sports karate formation of mechanisms of hemodynamic security of lower extremities is mostly associated with decrease of arterial tone. Development of sports mastership is also accompanied by intensification of asymmetry of hemodynamic parameters: regional hemodynamics increases in the right leg, whereas in the left leg some decrease is marked, especially in view of dicrotic and diastolic indices. Moreover, "delay" of hemodynamic reorganizations is observed on the stage of sports perfection, blood system has not reorganized yet and does not secure hemodynamic demands of musculoskeletal apparatus. Generally, the received results testify to the increase of parasympathetic effect on blood circulation in athletes with the growth of their qualification and consequently growth of reserve abilities at maximal loads. The subjected results are to be viewed while planning training regimes on different stages of sports perfection.
