Calculation of the self-broadening coefficients of water vapor absorption lines using an exact trajectory model

    Abstract

    The broadening coefficients γ and δ of vibrational-rotational absorption lines of water vapor by self-pressure are calculated. The exact trajectory model is used, in terms of which the real and imaginary parts of the resonance wave functions are calculated. The reconstruction accuracy of the coefficients γ is considerably improved compared to the model of rectilinear trajectories.
