Abstract

The working principle of a second difference polarograph is described and a method for automatic setting of scale coefficients, which are functions of the geometrical surfaces of the cathodes, is proposed. The method enables compensation for the magnitude and drift in the residual current by factors of 5-12. The polarography range is extended and the number of elements that can be determined simultaneously is increased.
