Automatic control and recording of the 09 IOS-3 Auger spectrometer

Abstract

The aim of the paper is to describe the controller, carrying out the functions of the interface between the 09 IOS Auger spectrometer and personal computer. The controller is based on the AT89S2051 microcircuit. Using this controller permits to increase the measurement accuracy and productivity of the Auger spectrometer. The controller operation is described in detail.
