N2 - The possibility of using substandard materials in the form of granulated concentrates in glass technology is analyzed. It is established that using granulated concentrates in glass melting intensifies the chemical activity of batches at the stage of silicate and glass formation, which is due to the finely dispersed and defective structure of the material, close contact of the high-melting components with soda, and increased homogeneity of the batch.
