Analytical representation of self-broadening coefficients of H 2O molecule

    Abstract

    The analytical models for half-widths of H 2O molecule were discussed. The self-broadening coefficients were calculated for the first 10 vibrational bands and for the high values of H 2O molecule. It was observed that the model was dependent on the adjustable parameters which could be determined for a given set of experimental data. The numerical calculation of self-broadening coefficients lead to more than 3500 values for a ro-vibrational band of H 2O.
