Analysis of two-component micromechanical gyroscope cross-sensitivity

Abstract

In the given paper micromechanical gyroscope errors are considered conditioned by its cross-sensitivity. Results of gyroscope dynamics computer design are given. Graphs of errors changes caused by cross-velocities of the object are presented.
