Abstract

The system that we describe in this article includes a computer, software, measurements channels, a channel for control of wavelength scanning a channel for control of sweeping the electron energy, and a channel to the main computer of the "Sirius" synchrotron. The relative error in the measurement line is 0.1%, the wavelength accuracy is 1 Å in a spectral range of 2000 Å, and the discreteness of the retarding potential in the energy analyser is 0.1 V.
