Abstract

A number of numerical and approximate analytical studies have been devoted to the cell thermal ignition problem. In some works the authors turn again to studying the development of cell thermal combustion of a substance with the zero reaction order and a π- shaped initial distribution of temperature. In this respect, it appears useful to draw a sort of comparison of the results obtained, as well as to consider the conditions of cell combustion degeneration.
