Abstract

1. Isomerization of 4- and 3-(chloroethynyl)-N-alkylpyrazoles to [5-chloro-N-alkyl-pyrazolyl]acetylenes is induced by NaNH2 in NH3. 2. In 5-(chloroethynyl)-N-methylpyrazole under these conditions halogen is exchanged for metal (sodium).
