A Device for Measuring Electrical Parameters of Biological Tissues during Cryodestruction

Abstract

An experimental device for measuring the electrical impedance of biological tissues during freezing is presented; its structure, operation principle, and results of test measurements are described. The device is based on the direct digital synthesis method implemented using modern high-speed microcontrollers and high performance digital-to-analog converters.
